It depends on you borders of the image if the borders are 6px than CELL_SIZE is 100px*100px.

Please keep in mind that CELL_SIZE was only given to me in advance and i may not the same for you. In that case I advice you to use image processing techniques to find the CELL_SIZE dynamically. This would give roubustness to you code too.
